Last month the Venus Sequence of the Gene Keys Golden Path opened at the Sphere of Purpose, and I was on a research trip in China, learning how purpose is fulfilled through relating with people rather than in isolation.

This month the Venus journey carried me to the Sphere of Attraction, and outwardly, I found myself traveling again, in Paris, London, and the Swiss Alps.

This time, my contemplative focus is turned to Gene Key 62, my Sphere of Attraction, calculated from the position of the Moon 88 astrological degrees (roughly 88 days) before I was born. Coincidentally, the Sun began transitting through Gene Key 62 on July 14, the day my travel began, as if the cosmic program had dialed up the volume of this energy just to assist my journey.

In the Venus teaching, the Sphere of Attraction is framed around the theme of sexuality. It invites a deep honest look at our intimate relationships, and using them as a mirror of our own shadow patterns and a direct doorway into higher frequencies.

However, the wisdom of this work is revealed in ways not limited to romantic relationships. Sexuality, in a broader sense, represents a kind of deep life force within us that moves the body with its own vitality and intelligence. That is the essence of Attraction. It carries a magnetic quality that draws people, resources, events, and opportunities toward us.

What we typically perceive in life is that we are drawn towards certain people or things, as if it all originates from the other. What we don’t realize is that it is this mystical Attractor Field within us that’s orchestrating behind the scenes.

What attracts you is that which you attract.

Our life path is essentially composed of people, places, and events that we attract and then filter. We are both the creator and the audience of our own movie. If you reflect upon the key people who changed the trajectory of your life, or major moves across geographic locations, or pivotal events you encountered, you may very well sense the frequency of this Gene Key in your Attraction sphere.

My Attraction is Gene Key 62, with the shadow of Intellect, gift of Precision, and siddhi of Impeccability. This key is about tuning into and speaking the language of truth.

Imagine a spectrum, on the lower end (the shadow), the signal of truth is burried in noise; on the higher end (the siddhi), it only emanates pure light of universal principles. At the sihhic level, truth enters the realm of myth, and words alone become inadequate. It takes sacred geometries, archetypes, and mythical stories to transmit the information.

The middle of the spectrum (the gift) points to the quality of presence and action that leads to such a state of perfection. It is a continuous process of sensing, distilling and choosing, with a precision of awareness, at more and more refined levels.

Travel offers a rich and dynamic backdrop for such inner work. It involves a lot of details and decision points both before and during the process. Gene Key 62 reminds me to be finely attuned to the energy within and around me, and consciously make choices, down to the tiniest ones, by following the body’s intelligence, not what the world, others or the conditioned mind tells me what I should do.

My intention of the trip was to chaperone my daughter for an academic program in London, giving her space to experience some new freedom with friends, and giving myself space to simply be, even in the two most culturally iconic cities in the world.

I had fair amount of time to myself in Paris and London, and I did none of the checklist activities. I chose to stay in a quiet neighborhood steps away from the Luxembourg Gardens in Paris, and in London, a room with a view into the Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. I know that in those dense urban environment in peak travel season, what I’d truly appreciate is a quiet retreat with easy access to nature and a sense of spaciousness for the inner creative work I wanted to do.

I thoroughly enjoyed the daily, long, contemplative walks in the parks, reading under the trees or in quiet corners during slow hours in cafes, or just doing writing and studying in my hotel room with views into the park.

After London, we flew to Zurich and directly headed to the mountains via multiple train transfers. When we finally reached Wengen, a small carless village surrounded by snow-capped peaks and alpine meadows, I felt immediately at home.

There has long been a recurring vision in me of living in a small cabine in a lush green valley surrounded by majestic mountains. I realized that it was that vision that led me to this place.

As I go through the photos and reflect back of my travel experience, I could see how it was shaped by the frequency of Precision (the gift of Gene Key 62) – from the transportations I picked, places I stayed, sites I visited, to the choices of rooms, schedules, foods, books, etc.

In the I Ching, Hexagram 62 is named Small Powers. In Human Design, the keynote for Gate 62 is Preponderance of the Small. “Devil is in the details” because “Truth is in the details”, and vise versa. It is through exquisite attention to detail, and small, intentional actions, that we attune to and align with what’s true.

Truth is not the same as facts, which is when the shadow of Intellect shows up when you make choices entirely based on what can be observed, measured and analyzed by the intellectual mind.

Awareness is the instrument to access truth. Through the Precision of awareness, you learn to separate the signal from the noise, even at the most nuanced level. When every thought, word, and deed coming out of you is a product of such precision, you become a field of impaccable light.
